Working Towards a Better Tomorrow

We are a non-profit organization that works towards providing compassionate care and assistance to individuals with terminal illnesses, and their loved ones. In addition to offering compassionate care, the program offers ongoing health education and support programs to help patients maintain control of their disease. Hospice provides a unique, personal experience in order to comfort the patients and their family members while they strive to live their lives.

Here at Hospice of the Golden Isles, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 1980's, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit+Organization upon: support, empowerment, and progress.

About: About Us

We offer an extensive number of services ranging from emotional support and counseling to respite care to basic palliative care. The staff also provides emotional comfort to the patients and their families, through activities such as cooking, reading, music, dancing, crafts, gardening, arts and crafts, and educational programs. There are also medical support programs available for the patients. This means that the patients can get home visits from the staff or can go to a nursing facility during the day if needed.
